We have just undergone changes in management and are looking to bolster our numbers to tackle mythic content after having progressed rapidly through heroic content after the recent holidays.

About us:
Our guild strives to accomplish in two nights a week what other guilds do in three or more. We have high expectations of our raiders in terms of preparedness, motivation, and constant drive for improvement. However, we focus to ensure that people aren't overwhelmed with WoW and still have ample time for their jobs, lives, family, and friends. We participate in alt runs, challenge modes, achievements, and the occasional PvP on off nights. We are composed of like-minded, mature, and experienced players. Most of our members are working adults or college students. We look for our members to show respect and maturity, but we still love to have a lot of laughs! (Team was originally 25m which was swapped to 10m as expansion started to slow which means late 10m start)
Expectations:
-We expect our raiders to maintain a 75% or better attendance rate. We ask that you post on our forums to inform us that you will be absent.
-Be prepared, including reading and watching videos for bosses prior to raid as well as being competent and capable with your class and role's expectations.
-Stable Internet. Please have any issues solved, if possible, before the raid night. If you know you are having internet issues please let the Raid Leader know prior to the raid forming.
-Be mature about loot distribution. Familiarize yourself with our loot rules beforehand, please come prepared with the EPGP mod installed.
-Understand that performance may be critiqued, be mature and understanding about mistakes, learn from them, and persevere.
-Be Active. We understand that real life is busy but we'd still like to have interaction with you outside of raids. Don't be a raid logger 100% of the time.
Please note:
Your spot in the raid for every boss will not always be 100% guaranteed depending on requirements for progression. If you are sat for a boss we expect that you will be available to step in when needed.
