7/7H Lock LF Mythic Progression, Short hours

Have raided serious progression in the past, full cleared ToT Heroic before SoO release, got about half of T14. Had to stop progression during SoO, now looking for something with limited hours but serious raiders.

Preferably late evening/night EST. Main sticking point is I always show up prepared, not just food/flasks/pots, but knowledge of fight and my role. Not interested in groups that will carry along people who show up and say "what does this boss do?"

It is essential that people in this team put in the research outside of raid time to be completely on top of upcoming boss encounters and craft their character accordingly. Only the best players in the guild, or applicants, will be considered for this raid team.

This team will raid three nights a week with an extra day on Sunday that will be used as the Raid leader sees fit for progression's sake.

(H) <Malediction> is currently looking for more members to fill out it's ranks for raiding in Warlords of Draenor, including people who would just like to have a home with fun people in it. Until we have a set roster for Mythic we will be running Normal and Heroic raids to build up as many people as possible.

About us:

Many of us have been raiding/playing together across multiple MMO's for several years now. We are a close group of people but are always looking to make more friends and play WoW together! The more the merrier.

At the end of Mists of Pandaria, we finished with 9/14 Heroic and decided to stop playing for a while to give us a needed break until the expansion came out. We are back now and ready to take the warlords down!

We class ourselves as a progression oriented guild, wanting to put in the effort to see the end game content and have a good time doing it.

Our Heroic/Mythic raiding schedule will be Wednesday, Thursday and Monday from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM EST (Server time) with invites going out at 8:20 PM Server Time. Tuesday will be used as a night to run a normal and/or heroic raid on alt characters.

*UPDATE* - We are currently 7/7 NORMAL and 7/7 HEROIC, we are finalizing our group roster for Mythic raiding.

Malediction's loot rules will be as follows:

Normal Raiding - Will be Master Looted by the GM/Raid Leader and will be presented on a Need over Greed basis. Once you have one an item, I do ask that you pass on others to ensure equal distribution of gear.

Progression Raiding - Will be Master Looted by the GM/Raid Leader and will be presented on a Loot Council basis. Each person must identify on the forums what items they are searching for from each boss in the current Mythic raid and will be decided upon by the leadership of the guild as to what item goes to which person.

About you:

Prior raiding experience is always a bonus, but is not necessary. If you are willing to learn and want to become a better player in WoW, then we just might be the people for you.

Guild needs/requirements for raiders:

Right now we are currently recruiting everyone that would like to join us. If you do join us and have friends who would like to come along, please pass them along to one of us and we will do our best to get them in as soon as possible!

For those wishing to raid with us, please see below for the following requirements:

1) Silver Proving Grounds completed on your main character
2) All heroic dungeons completed at least once
3) Have a minimum ilvl of 640
4) Have a knowledgeable understanding of your character
5) Have a good understanding of the boss mechanics in current raid content
6) For Communication purposes we use Teamspeak3 with our own dedicated server. The ability to speak on TS when needed is required.
7) Must be able to conform to the schedule outlined above with at least 90% attendance

Things you can expect from us

What we expect from you

We expect our raiders to stay at the forefront of their class and spec. You should come prepared for the raid and know basic strategies ahead of time for new encounters. You must have a solid attitude and understanding that the raid comes first. We do not hesitate to rotate personnel based on each encounter, individual skill level, and to try out potential recruits. Communication is key and informing us of your availability ahead of time is a must.

Depending on how many days of raiding you end up looking for, and if you're looking to transfer to a nice high population realm, <Attitude Problem> from H-Hyjal is in need of some people. We started a tad late because of the nature of the Holidays, but the past couple weeks we've gotten 7/7H. We raid on a 2-night a week schedule, Friday & Sunday from 830-1130 pacific time (GMT-8).

Just a bunch of old hardcore raiders looking for some more relaxed raiding while still getting shit done. For us, personality is huge, and we don't just take anybody in. We're pretty done with 12 year old epeens. Just trying to bulk up a few more DPS for Mythic.
