Illustrious is currently recruiting DPS for further progression. We are a (somewhat) mature guild raiding primarily Wednesdays and Sundays from 20:00 to 23:00. We also do alt and normal runs outside of this schedule so there should be plenty to fill your time if so desired. We currently want to recruit more DPS players to achieve a consistent roster for Mythic, with some players' status being unconfirmed there is also room for one skilled healer.

We are a guild with a core group that has been raiding since 2008 and strive to create a fun, social and approachable environment for raiding that fits people with busy schedules. However, we wish to progress at respectable rate so that our members can experience the content while it's current. With only six hours of set raiding, we compete with other guilds that raid more than we do.

We desire players who want to be an active part of a progression guild. You should know your class fairly well, be willing to adapt when needed (such as switching specialization, although this is not something we usually require), accept fault when there is fault to be accepted, show up on-time and be prepared for raids, and all the other thousands of exceptionally wonderful qualities we would expect from the average person. And yeah, we raid using TS3, and having a functional microphone is thus necessary. We don't need you to be talkative and out-going (there's a few of those already), but being able to communicate through voice-com is a requirement.
