Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Hey, I need to know stat priority for challenge modes for Frost DK with 2handed weapon.
I don't know if it's any different for CM, but yeah, I just want to find best in slot gear for it, so it's all about challenge modes and I need stat priorities before I can search.
Some percentage chart would be nice too, but no needed if the info is correct.

Simcraft does have an option that sims for challenge modes.

youd be better off with 1h weapons and stacking mastery, getting good clears on cmodes comes down to how well you do trash and in large pulls.

No dw again Bosses are much more Important in wod than is was in Mop due to that you can skip some phases which good dps example auchi 3rd Boss kill hin before he goes up or grimrail 2nd Boss nuke the cannon to Need 1 blast less
