Would this be good monitor for world of warcraft LG - 29" IPS LED HD 21:9 UltraWide Monitor or does it matter what video chard you have?

imo no point going that big but if you going to yes you need a video card capable of displaying that resolution.

I have one myself, Wow is actually one of my favorite games for it.

Keep in mind, many games will restrict you and not let you use the full screen, most notably if they are played competitively.

Also, these arn't nearly as performance exhaustive as 4k, for those talking about graphics card. I haven't notice a huge hit.

It would be a good monitor, but you should have a pretty beefy video card if you want to run it in it's native resolution. I would get it, and get a good card, if you are strapped for cash, something like this:
