Resto shaman crit vs multi?

I wonder, would 2 set put Multi ahead with the possibility of extra CHs also proccing multis? Are the extra CHs even capable of proccing multis?

If it's anything like how multistrike works with other stuff (and isn't bugged), multistrikes can't proc the set bonus but the set bonus can proc multistrike.
