BrM convert post guild implosion: Tigerseye Brew!

I don't understand how to maximize my use of Tigerseye Brew.

My basic understanding is that at opener use double Chi Brew in order to Tigerseye Brew during trinket/potion/ring/serenity/etc.

From there, should I be pooling up to like 15-20 in order to use on any procs and serenity/xuen?
Does Xuen even benefit from Tigerseye Brew? Should I ever use procs during Energizing Brew if I'm worried about getting a full 10 for next trinket proc? I'm a bit lost tbh.

What I understood from reading forums is. Pop it if you have a trinketproc / BL other procs(not legendary ring proc only). If you have 4set, pop it before every FoF.

You have the basics of it, although no Xuen does not benefit from TEB.

At its core, TEB is about looking at how your DPS trends up and down through fights and magnifying the high points rather than magnifying the low points.

Callimonk recently laid out the entire TEB usage thing here a few days ago. It's a bit lengthy, but if you're here to really learn it's all right there.
