Only shitty quality screens do that. Both of the monitors I am using right now don't. I just tried it, the colors didn't change at all. Still blue and black.

It started as white and gold when I first visited the page then I scrolled down and back up and it turned black and blue. Pretty sure there's a trick that's being played here.

first it looked white and gold. After watching the video and leaning way down I could see the blue and black. Now I see blue and the black just looks faded to kind of brownish/gold. Now I think it's mostly just not a very high quality picture of the dress.
