[H] <Tries on Trash> - Ner'zhul looking for ranged DPS for mythic raiding. 10/10H

Short and sweet: <Tries on Trash> is a Horde guild on Ner'zhul server that has recently killed Heroic Blackhand for the first time and we are looking for a few quality players to complete our mythic raiding team!

Keep in mind that we encourage players of all classes and specs to apply as we highly value any exceptional player and keep or raiding spots competitive.

High Priority:

Hunters!: BM/Survival

Mage: Arcane/Fire

Warlock: Demo

Druid: Balance

Medium Priority

Deathknight: Unholy

Shaman: Elemental (Resto OS)

Priest: Shadow

Raid Times

Raids are on Tues/Weds/Thurs from 9PM to 12am central time (Also matches the Ner'zhul server time). We expect our raiders to have as close to 100% attendance as possible, but we obviously understand that real life happens as well as emergencies. We also run optional raids on Sundays at the same time. This is generally an alt run on the normal difficulty of the current raid tier, though meta achievement runs or other raids may take place instead/as well.

Loot

In the interest of keeping loot fair, as well as rewarding raiders for playing well, we use a loot council system that is determined by all participating officers. Using spreadsheets of current gear, BiS lists, etc., drops are assigned to players before the raid based on performance, the size of gear upgrade, and attendance of the raiders. This spreadsheet is updated each Tuesday by the officers, and also changes dynamically during the raid because of bonus rolls, warforged or socket rolls, etc.
