[Balance] 4p (all 685) or 2p and 2 ilvl 700s: which is better?

I have the ilvl 700 Vest of Forceful Fury and Sorka's Nightshade Cowl and would like to know before acquiring 4p if it is more valuable than just keeping on the two itemlevel upgrades for the ~80 int and other stats it increases. Anyone know?

I am fairly sure the DPS increase from the 4pc (more CA) is better than the ilvl upgrade.

Yes it absolutely is an increase. Might be small, like for me to replace what I had only yielded roughly a 1% increase, does change up the play a bit, but it comes in handy when you need to burst down some single target stuff or get a little more out of a starfall.

I'd say that 4p will be a dps boost in every single occasion and a huge boost in specific occasions.

the 4 piece will always be a dps upgrade, even if its normal. i know the struggle of having to replace mythic items with normal or heroic tier :/
