{H} 10/10H LFM DPS to push Mythic. Healing Offspec a plus!!

We're currently looking for 2-3 DPS to round out our roster as we head into Mythic raiding in BRF. We will consider nearly any type of DPS (Ranged or melee) provided you have a log and reasonable raid experience. For healers, we are looking for 1x Resto Shaman! We also are looking for 1x dps with a solid heal offspec. This applicant *must* be comfortable being asked to swap to healing and perform at a reasonable level. You will be considered a main spec, full time DPS for our raid but maybe 2x a month (When one of our heals works late) be asked to swap heals for half the raid night. We encourage the applicant to have healer gear for the offspec! We're about to start work on Mythic Beastlord and still doing kills on heroic Blackhand.
