As a person who suffered a severe back injury, going from standing to sitting, or sitting to standing (plus the act of sitting) or bending over (like to lift a toilet seat) causes a good deal of pain. Losing a stall that I can just stand at and take a leak would really suck. If there was one standing stall I couldn't care less, I don't care if it was enclosed or people could see me, wouldn't matter to me. That is my only thing against them.

It's more gross... everybody poops and pees, and those are the only two things typically in a men's room. Not every one bleeds out of their private parts that can make the room smell like... period vagina.
