Incentive - Grim Batol, Alliance is recruiting players for our Mythic roster.

We are currently recruiting:
- Mage
- Boomkin
- Rogue
- Holy Paladin
- Mistweaver Monk
- Windwalker Monk

It should be noted that if you're exceptional at playing your class and have close to 100% attendence we will consider your application regardless of class / spec.

Incentive is a semi-hardcore guild that aims to strike a perfect balance between effective progression raiding and having a fun and social environment.
- We raid 4 nights a week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday 19:30-23:00.
- We're mature guild with a vast majority of its members over 20 years of age.

Core requirements for joining Incentive are:
- Being a reliable raider both in terms of performance and attendence. We expect 90%+ attendence
- Knowing your class, using all means necessary to maximize your individual performance
- Being able to deal with constructive criticism
- High level of self-reflection
- Being prepared at all times, this means knowing fights and bringing consumables
- Being a team player and having the resilience and persistence for durable progress
- Being mature and having a good sense of humor
