I seriously don't know where you re getting this from as I have had absolutely 0 problems doing that when I play ninja....

It is a known issue about the ninja class. I assure you it's not only me

130 ping here, more than enough for smooth gameplay.

Though of course, having 50 ping and less once the EU datacenter is up will be even better.

Certainly noticeable but the 2 second GCD on most spells negates that, I only have issue when popping Cds that are off the GDC. Not sure how I'd feel raiding like this but for leveling it's fine.
