Hello Everyone!
We are currently in need of a Rogue, Mage, Warlock, Priest, Arms/Fury Warrior, Front/Unholy D. Knight and a Windwalker/Mistweaver Monk. Don't be afraid of applying even if your class and spec isn't shown in the recruitment status as we are always looking for exceptional players.

About us

<Noobs tbh> is a mythic raiding guild on Magtheridon-EU Alliance. We are:

Former hardcore raiders who has come back to the original guild most of us started to play in.
A solid raiding team that wants to down content while it is still current.
Fun and social guild that likes to play together outside of raiding aswell.

Over time we have added many new players to the guild and many that have come back from breaks from World of Warcraft or from different guilds. Most players that join the guild has stuck with us for a long period of time!

Raid Members

All members or applicants that wants to raid with us are required to apply on our website. The classes and specs needed will be shown at our Recruitment status, however we are always looking for exceptional players!

We expect our members to keep their characters up to date on their class, spec and ability changes aswell as keeping their characters geared outside of raids (pugs, mythic Highmaul, LFR if needed). If you don't bother with doing any of what is stated before we won't grant you priority on raid drops, regardless of your item level.

Attendance Policy

We require at least 85% attendance from our raiders.
Be on time! If you’re constantly late, we will look for replacement.
If you sign up for a raid on the calender we expect you to be there!

Bench Policy

We require our raiders to come prepared to every encounter in the current raiding tier.
We will replace people that can't handle basic mechanics of the encounter.
We will replace people with lower DPS than what is needed, same goes for healers.
We do not tolerate slacking, we all kill bosses together we all kill trash mobs together.


Loot System

We use a modified /roll and loot council for our loot distribution.

Raid Policy

We expect our DPS to play the best spec in any give patch. We won't bring any underperforming players just because they want to play a certain spec.

Personal responsibility

We expect everyone in the raid to bring all the consumables needed for raiding(Flasks, Pots, Augments, Buff food). We will look at WarcraftLogs after each raid to make sure people don't slack!

Update 07.05.2015:

We are happy to announce we are now 7 out of 10 mythic ! Killed thogar this raid night.

We are currently looking for the following classes :

Rogue
Fury or arms warrior
WW monk
Boomkin
Retri pala

For the Retri / warr / Monk its really beneficial if you have a tank offspec and you are comfortable using it in mythic content.
