Eh, can't be any worse than the fracking chemicals used to make fast food edible...
"We found fracking chemicals in the drinking water"
Those can occur naturally, stop being silly.
"Fracking is the only source of those chemicals in the area."
Impossible, you don't know that, since our fracking compound is a company secret. BUT, if it is...you'll be hearing from our lawyers for stealing the formula for our fracking compound!
"Could you be any bigger bastards?"
Sure, lemme sodomize you while pouring sugar in your gas tank.

Shabby regulation and inspection is the problem.“Industry knows how to construct wells properly, but the fact is that they don’t always do so,” Mr. Anderson said. “My hope would be that papers like this will encourage industry and its regulators to do a better job of doing what they already know they are supposed to do.”
Who knows, maybe "fracking chemicals" might be the cure for Cancer. Don't tell me were going to save fishes no bigger than fingernails but not give the chance to do research on a new possible breakthrough for Cancer!?
PA is one of the states that have a "you break it, you brought it" mindset with people that screw up the drinking water. Hopefully they can narrow it down to which well was poorly drilled and fine them out of business.
