<Valiant Vengeance> 10/10H BRF, 5/7M HM 9hrs a week

Valiant Vengeance is an Alliance guild located on the Frostwolf Server. Established in 2010 and still going strong. All around guild but primarily focused on PVE.

Current Progression:

• 5/7M Highmaul
• 10/10H, 4/10M Blackrock Foundry

Currently have immediate openings for the Following Classes/Roles for our Core raid team:

1 Dps:

• Rogue
• Enh Shaman
• Dps DK
• Boomy

also will make considerations for a skilled hunter dps.

1 Healer:
Resto Shaman, druid, or HPAL

Raid Times:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday From 6:30PM Pacific to 9:30PM Pacific. Our raid times are very specific, we like to clear trash about 15-30mins early, but we always end at 9:30PM. We do not add additional days for progression, we do what we can in our 3 days time and continue the next week.

Expectations:
Our core team is a serious team but we all get along very well and keep a friendly environment to our raiding. We take raiding seriously but we do not start drama. That being said we do want our other raiders to care about the small amount of time to dedicate to progression.

Attendance: This is our top priority, if you are not there you do not get loot and you are not getting geared for progression bosses, so we want everyone to be exerting the effort to dedicate the 3 hours 3 days a week to raid time. That means doing your homework earlier, having your friends come over before, or after raid time has begun, and making sure you get off work in time. If you cannot make a raid night we expect notification via text, email, or remote chat at least 12hrs before the raid. We expect you to be there at raid start and until the end of raid time with minimal afk's and breaks.

Understand Your Class: We are a progression based guild, which means that we need our raiders to understand how to play their class well enough to down bosses in a reasonable amount of time. We do push mythic content which means boss enrage timers are tight so your dps needs to be top notch. If you are not pulling the proper dps for your gear ilvl then you should not be working on progression bosses.

Patience and Understanding: Our raid team strives to keep a stress free environment, but when things are not going well and some players are messing up or not pulling their weight, you must be able to take constructive criticism about your class or play style. You must also be able to sit through and possibly wipe to the same boss all night, so long as the team is making consistent progression. We are no drama guild, but tensions get high during progression in mythic content and we ask that you act mature and listen to instructions when raiding.

Loot System:
Our core raid team utilizes the EPGP Loot System. In order to receive your loot you must have the EPGP lootmaster addon installed. We have points view-able on the guild site.

EPGP is a very transparent and straight forward loot system. We do not integrate the loot council aspect into our group. In our opinion this method of looting is best way to spread the gear throughout the raid, encourage attendance, and also does not allow for favoritism from the loot master.

All points are earned by raid attendance, downing bosses, performing in raids, or doing anything that applies to the raid team. We have a list of how our points work every night on the guild site, as well as how we manage GP Distribution. If you have no idea what I'm talking about but are interested in learning, please feel free to ask.


Notes:

• We also have an alt run that we do on Thursdays which is where we trial our new raiders. This is generally on normal with perhaps a few heroic bosses.
• On Fridays we have a second raid team go through highmaul or BRF on normal, this is a very casual run with just friends getting together to do some bosses.
• All of our guild raids are logged through Warcraftlogs, World of Logs, and now the new AskMrRobot logs.
• The core raid is always streamed on twitch.
