Building PC, need help for picking parts.

I am going to build a pc for the first time and I`m not sure what to pick.

The website I am using is Norwegian: Komplett.no
My budget is 1350 Dollars or about 10,000 Kr.
Would rather not have any other websites since I probably have to pay shipping to norway.

Komplett.com is only avaible in Norwegian,swedish and danish language.

I want a gaming PC with the best fps and graphics 1350 dollars can get me.

You didn't mention needing an OS so I didn't include one, we can adjust when you provide some more info.

Which resolution? (1920x1080?)

Do you need other stuff like a monitor for example?
