2v2 Skirmish

So out of boredom I've decided to twink a level 60 character, my question is if anyone knows if the Arena Battle 2v2 & 3v3 Skirmish are devided between exp capped players and not?

It is.
As for EU, que times are not too bad in 2s.
3s are more iffy.
Bgs have not popped consistently since cata (last time I saw one was in Mop).
Can still wargame. Or scumbag in wsg/ twin peaks with exp on (draw/loss w/o flagcaps = no exp).
