Seeing some late benchmarks for witcher 3 you need as much gpu power as you can get. Even a gtx 970 isn't enough to get 60fps stable at 1080p, not even 980 for that matter (max settings).

You cpu is rather ok. Is that a "k" model? What mobo, power supply and case you got atm? You are looking for a gtx970 for sure and most likely new power supply.

for the mobo...it says acer on it it has one video card lane
case its an acer predator bought this pc prebuilt but wanne upgrade it now
CPU is a normal one not unlocked

used CPUID and the mobo is a acer predator G5910

There is 2 ways you can go with this. You can say grab a gtx970 along with a new power supply and be done with, maybe an ssd if you want too. (if you provide a link to a local website you buy or thinking of buying the parts, i can reckon what to get).

Otherwise those big brand prebuilds are sometimes a pain to do anything more than that. Reason is the cases have non standard standoffs and mobo is made for them meaning is not what you usually find. Bottom line is except my first recommendation you are looking for a new pc and maybe re-use a couple parts, like ram, optical drive and hdd for storage.
