    Build for a friend

    Budget: 1000$
    Resolution: 1920 x 1080
    Games / Settings Desired: WoW, GW2, CS:GO, LoL, high/med graphics setting/high fps
Any other intensive software or special things you do: No
    Country: Canada
Parts that can be reused: None
Do you need an OS?: No
    Do you need peripherals: No

Budget isn't an absolute max, could stretch it a tiny bit if a better product could be bought for EG $50 extra. He would also like an SSD with another HDD ofc, 128GB or higher if it can fit into the budget.

    Any help appreciated thanks

You might consider though, instead of SSD/HDD a Hybrid Drive.

Then, if he wanted to stretch a little more and go for the 970:

It goes over budget, but if he can go for it, the 970 will be worth it.

Kostattoo's build is good, pretty much the same I'd go with.
