Neither should apostrophe's. In this willy-nilly world of the internet, plural=possessive.
OT: I insert a comma wherever I take a natural pause when reading my document.
That apostrophe in Commas, however, is just plain wrong. Apostrophe is used for possessives, as in owning something "Jane's apple", or contractions, where letters are omitted, like in "would've"
People probably don't tell me because they don't like me, but I probably use commas too much.
