Help WeakAuras DK Intreface

Hi guys, im here to ask your help!
So far i've made this pastebin.com/3JsEdwzk to keep track of my Runic Power and Runes..and for now i think its quite cool to be honest even if its still work in progress XD
My problems is this: i would like to have the progress bar (which correspond to Runes) to stick and displays once full instead of disappearing when they full up. Same before entering fight i would like to see all my runes up.
Any ideas or trick to solve this? Thank you anyway!

All you need to do is make a copy of each one and check inverse on it and in display uncheck inverse. I did it for you here: http://pastebin.com/2LvhrvmT
