is currently recruiting raiders for Heroic, and eventually Mythic Hellfire Citadel on Khadgar-Alleria
Tier 16: 14/14M - SoO
Last Tier: 7/7N – 7/7H – 10/10N - 10/10H - Blackrock Foundry
Current Progression: 8/13N – 1/13H Hellfire Citadel
We are currently in the process of rebuilding our core raid team and we are actively recruiting potential raiders to fill our roster.

What we expect:

Attendance
When joining our team with the intention of progressions raiding we expect everyone to show up for all raids on time, and hold at least a 90% attendance rate. If for any reason you cannot make a raid we ask that you give 24-hour notice.

Teamwork
A player who is committed to operating as part of a team, and executes this role. Must be able to take constructive criticism and understand that having members who embrace this is key to the overall success of the raid team.

Skill
Players with the ability to outperform their gear, and someone who is quick to pick up mechanics without a steep learning curve.

Commitment
We want everyone to show up because they genuinely want to be there, not because they feel obligated to do so. Maximum effort should be exuded from the start of raid to the completion, and have a willingness to adapt their game play to new strategies during the course of an encounter.

Preparedness
Everyone applying should have a solid understanding of their class, its abilities, and how they fit into every raid encounter. All members should understand every encounter as if they were leading the team themselves.



Independence

You should expect personal success will only come when you hold yourself accountable, and put in the hard work to overcome any adversity you may face. However, help will always be provided for those that ask for it, and we would much rather you ask a question before a pull, then keep making the same mistake because you were afraid to say you are having a problem executing a certain mechanic.



What you can expect from us:

- An officer core that is dedicated to the well-being of the guild, the raid team, the pvp team, and the social culture of the guild as whole and its members.

- A raid leader that is one of the best all around raiders and strikes that perfect balance between friend and leader.
- A diverse group of people that enjoy each other, as well as the game.

Sundered raid times are (All times are CDT)
Monday 7-10pm
Tuesday 7-10pm
Wednesday 7-10pm
Occasional week by week pick up raid on Sundays

***If you're coming from another server, we will give you trial runs via cross server raids. Accepted applicants will be determined on attitude, ability to take direction and constructive criticism ,and someone who is always ready and eager to improve and hone their skills. Also, if you are a server transfer to us, you will be provided the current AH amount of gold to purchase a WoW Game Time Token to offset the cost of the server transfer**
