What kind of pvp?

Casual (1v1, wpvp, randoms): Rogue hands down. Warrior is shit at pvp when you don't have a healer.
Arena: Warrior (assuming you have a healer to lodge deep up your ass).

Some arena, some casual. I'm well aware of the healer reliance. I have a friend who plays a healer, but he would rather play one of his dps. Hah. Main reason I'm leaning toward rogue is because of the healer bit. And I've been pretty meh on Arenas this expansion, but have to do them occasionally for gear.

Warrior just scale well with Weapons which are not yet available.
It is well possible that Warriors skip all the Conquest at the moment to instantly get two 2Handers for 7000CP with Fury Spec.

That's true.
Since Vanilla Warrior scales very well with gear but still dependant on a healer in PvP.
Rogue always been very strong 1v1 unless he has 0 CDs.
