So I'm standing at my inscription building right now trying to craft the staffs via the NPC, but I just get the message "Spell not learned".
I don't have inscription as a profession on this character, but this shouldn't be the problem as the NPC has the recipes and I've crafted these on my main which doesn't have inscription either.

What am I missing? :s
I've tried to relog.
