On a serious note. I don't think anyone calls Fanservice "Porn". At least not smart people. On the other hand - I dislike Fanservice greatly. It really is juvenile and breaks the immersion if done like in 90% of all Fanservice-Moments in any Anime. Its like slapping me across the face while screaming "here you have your boobies, you nerd!". I don't need it and I have stopped watching some Anime just because of that fact.

Both Western and Eastern Live action, cartoons shows all have fan-service you just one of these blind apes who are following en-masses.

MR Robot the new show in 2015 have fucking fanservice, with the 2 main girls kissing in the middle of the bar and Shayla laying in the bed naked in Eillots room and also have fan-service by showing Eillot naked in bed etc etc, Even Arrow and Flash has fanservice, even Game of Thrones have multitude of fan-service. What you should say Anime has excessive fan-service and after watching various shows from both Live-action, your practically skewered your vision in one media and one particular format.

Get over it everything has excessive fan-service you only trained your eyes to repel Japanese Anime.

Well honestly, its not my thing. But its not like I watch it. But no I don't want it in my fan service with big breasts.

However on a sightly different note, why don't you check out Bara Art. It seems to be your thing and its Japanese styled, I don't know if there is any anime or whatever of it but probably some where.

I don't know why do you think you know me but I can assure you. I have spent a lot of time watching Anime. Mainstream to stuff I watched because I liked the artstyle. Or Story-Premise or whatever the case. I also have spent a lot of time watching Series, Movies that weren't just Anime. And I dislike Fanservice'ish Moments in Movies/Series too. Because some of them are just useless. The first thing I had to facepalm about the other day was Star Trek: Into Darkness with the Blonde just striping for no reason just to show some skin.
Granted, she is a beautiful person but the moment was just there to show her half-naked.
I pride myself on beeing a Human. Humans are not just primal beeings wanting to see naked skin. Well, most of the time.

Of course I cheek bara art. I'm subbed to several sites that do meet that need.

The debate here is about fan service, my argument was simply that something like anime, that unless stated overwise, isn't confine to one genre type, seems to go out of its way to show anything from ultra violence, deep stories, or just fanservice with big titted women, it falls short in the genre of fan service for the more gay demographic, which is a point to be made.

But since this IS a subject about fanservice in general, yes, fanservice applies to all types, including ones like bara.

The thing with yaoi, its a different kind of fan service. Its men done from the perspective of women in how they want them to be in a gay relationship. Its kind of like how straight men want lesbian women to be, so I don't really call yaoi a true portrayal of gay characters, but it is still a fanservice onto its own with its own genre.

Oh alright. I do have a homosexual friend who loves yaoi and also writes/paint his own yaoi doujinshi content but each to their own preferences I guess.

You made it clear, that we don't see the same "equal standard" for men, because the very vast majority of men (~95-97% are heterosexual) just don't want to see it and women don't care either. Well, I see Fanservice as just a Part of an Anime. Which I greatly dislike most of the time. That's why I am commenting on that topic. Fanservice is - at least from my perspective - something not nessesary and just putting it in just to show some boobs annoys me. But I respect your opinion. I am not everyone. I tend to suffer through few scenes and stop if it gets out of hand.
I think the first anime I ever stopped watching ever because i didnt know it was almost only Fanservice was probably Queen's Blade. I loved the idea but man were those fights silly. Granted - People like it. I don't so I stopped watching after the first 3 episodes. And I am fine with it because anime like this don't hide the fact what they are at first. They just shove it into your face and you can choose to watch - or not to watch.
Some Anime aren't that honest however. And I am talking almost only about those.

End of the day, fanservice is meant to be something fun for people of a demographic who want to see that stuff. I use anime as example but it extends beyond that into any genre.

Of course fanservice is going conflict with other peoples tastes, but those should just leave well enough alone. I understand theres a fanservice for everyone, which don't appeal to me, but I would never ask it to be removed (save for the kinds of ones that show really fucked up real life things like snuff or child porn)
