Will we see all spell/talent changes in alpha or beta?

I'm just wondering when we will get to first see the class spell/talent changes, is it when the first alpha gets uploaded to the client or when beta goes live?

If the info is datamineable we will see it instantly in Alpha. But they will change it over and over and over and over.

Yeah I know it'll change over and over but it'll give us a rough idea of what they have planned for each class/spec, so when the Alpha starts some info should be datamineable? Hope fully if they want the beta this year it won't be too far off

We won't see them until they lock down mechanics and switch to balancing in the last weeks of beta. You know, because that's when they lock things down and go "ok, this is how it will stay for release".

A lot of stuff will be available on alpha - but for the specs they are significantly changing - e.g. demo locks, survival hunters, disc priests etc. - and for the new class - there will be many iterations - and they may begin with how they are now so the alpha may not give any indication. One of the most disappointing aspects of the last beta was the way feedback about significant class changes was handled (mostly ignored) - it particularly left dps warriors in the beta very unhappy.
