    Build Help

I was told I should check out filling out the sticky form to maybe get a comp that works for me put together.

    Budget: Probably ~800 USD tops.

Resolution: Not a huge deal for me. I'm using a 1360x768 monitor temporarily and will be for a while likely, but I'd like room to upgrade somewhere down the line. A new monitor is currently low priority for me.

Games / Settings: Only particularly wow and some FF14. I'm not a huge visualphile.

    Any other intensives: N/A

    Country: USA

    Reusables: N/A

OS: N/A, but suggestions always welcome.

    Peripherals: All covered.

Sorry if this is too vauge. I was planning on just using one of the recent Dolphin builds which looked to suit me, but apparently AMD CPUs aren't great? I don't know much about any of that so I don't know if this is just elitism.

Here is a "vanity" build I just helped my friend with. It's a decent build, but you could likely get better price/performance. For the build we did it was with the unlocked version of the CPU, an aftermarket water cooler, and a different PSU - but this is a nice budget version for a black and white build.

And here is a build with a lot more bang for your buck with a gtx 970 over the 960.
