So I just bought a brand new pc and my old PC was 32 bit now my OS on the new pc is 64 bit my question is there a way I can play 64 bit of WoW without reinstalling as I see a 64 bit client in my wow folder?

Did you reinstall wow with the new OS, or did you copy/paste it from the previous windows install?

yes you can. just select the appropriate version in the launcher options (if its not already automatically selected for you)
It's in the WoW blizz launcher settings. Go to settings and then game settings and to WoW. There is a box you can tick to run 32bit instead of 64bit so make sure that is not ticked and it should be running 64bit.
