    RIP in peace OP.

I will never give up meat. In fact I hear that it's actually healthier to keep meat in your diet than to completely exclude it out. But hey if you don't mind eating lettuce for the rest of your life more power to you.

You both need to pick some less biased sources. >_>

    Congratz op!

I have had short stints with veganism but it is very hard to stick to especially in my area.

    Gonna keep trying though.

Purely in honor of the OP, of course.

Don't worry, I'll eat twice for both now.

PD: meat is not unhealthy. Frying it with 1 L of oil, perhaps..

Of course there are. And they taste good.
But there's something very itchy about those products..
Chemicals, artifical sweetners.. y'know, if it tastes like beef but it's made with soy.. there's something else.

Personally, I like to keep my food as natural as possible.
I live in Madrid, and even in a big capital city I can still find local farms selling their eggs, veggies, fruits and meat.

No thanks, but I'm happy that you can live with it. More meat for me

You're linking a site for getting a vegan certification... I'm linking upwards of 50 published scientific studies, do you understand the difference?

Oh, you're right, forgot the part where 50~ peer reviewed and widely accepted published scientific studies are biased. Good looking out, keep linking general nutrition sites with no context!

As long as you don't turn into a sociopath like Vegan Gains, it's okay ^_^ (this dude wanted to film his grandfather having a stroke to promote vegan, made fun of a guy because he got cancer 'cause he's not vegan and threatens to kill someone with very specific details on twitch)

so many people angry here, chill-out, I love animals
You know when you eat vegetables and plants you could kill animals that may have used that as habitat or food?
