I would rape her in that case if she is an 7 or higher.
Just to address the OP, if either person says after they're undressed, "I don't want this", you put your clothes back on and go watch porn or something. It's really not that difficult to comprehend.
Guess being logical and rational is a rarity in 2015.
Exactly. I mean I think it's only common sense to take reasonable precautions, such as not getting shit faced drunk around strangers etc, but there is a line between reasonable precautions and victim blaming and the OP is leaning into the latter, especially with the ending remark. Even DURING sex it's fair to say you want to stop.
This is the scenario that plays out in my brain:
Woman and man consent to having sex, woman decides "nah, I don't wanna do this anymore for whatever reason", man is preoccupied and doesn't notice or hear and doesn't immediately stop, woman accuses man of rape, man goes to jail. Even though it was originally consensual, man is still fucked for the rest of his life as a sex offender. Seems fair and reasonable, right?
When I hear "rape", I don't think of two consenting people .. I think of someone violently forcing themselves on their victim.
That said, I absolutely don't believe that rape is "ok", but I also don't believe that falsely accusing someone of rape is "ok", either. How do police/courts decide between a violent person and a woman saying a man raped her for not immediately stopping after they had both originally consented?
Meh, shitty topic ... I suppose everyone should just install hidden cameras in their rooms so there's no doubts ;p
