As far as eye color that will never change.

Green eyes are fel influenced and red eyes is something else I can't remember. Our eyes are blue because blue is scourge which we are slightly based off of. I can't remember exactly if al this is right but they explained why they wouldn't give dk's eye glow based on spec.
