as arcane how much haste do i want buffed? or do i just go as much as i can. atm i am 31% buffed. i got 4set but iskar trinket/council trinket if that matters.
It depends on your gear and what you want to do, which talent setup you're running etc. Generally speaking though you'll want somewhere in the region of 2.1-2.6k. That being said you will just have to sim your character. With my gear, for example, the optimal haste level for what I have available is not even 1.7k.
