Comparing JAPAN to Korea is like comparing gold to trash.
    In favor of Japan ofcourse.
SKorea is the single shittiest country in this planet. I was unfortunate enough to visit it and never EVER again.

Would you like to expand on that view a bit?

    Awwwww.

I guess your husband is still there or was it possible for him to resettle?

I enjoy them both a lot. But Japan just slightly edges out over South Korea because well. Pokemon.

As much as I love Kpop (which is clearly a lot) and would love to visit/vacation in S.Korea, I've heard enough bad things about the culture that leads me to answer this poll with Japan. I've heard much better things about Japanese culture, and I love anime as well.

I've never been to either country so my opinion could change on visiting, I know a little bit about both but probably a lot more about Korea, I've heard more bad stories from foreigners living in Japan than I have Korea though so I pick South Korea.

Whilst I guess it is sometimes pretty nice due to the quietnes in the house, it must suck to not being able to hold your lover.
Goodluck to both you and him!

Silly enough, I had considered a development job in Japan, and after researching their toxic work culture, I declined. Definitely not feeling that whole "work yourself to death" thing.
