They're not giving out keys. They are manually flagging Battle.net accounts. If you get into the beta, you need to check your Battle.net account info. @BlizzardCS will probably send out a tweet when they start doing so.

1. Right click your Battle.net Launcher shortcut, select "Open file location."

2. When the window opens up, either:

Click on the address bar, type cmd, and press enter.

OR

Shift right click an empty space and select "Open command window here."

3. In the command prompt window, type battle.net.exe --game=prometheus --install and press enter.

The Battle.net Launcher will open up and present the Overwatch installation screen. The download is about 3.8 gigs, but there will probably be an additional patch during maintenance.
