Am i missing something?

I just switched from unholy to DW frost today and while trying to do some dps on dummies in ashran i noticed that my 2 Blood runes arent getting used with any ability and are just sitting there. While doing some research on the internet i read that both blood runes should be permanently converted to Death runes. What am i doing wrong , is it a bug , a hotfix???

Why arent my blood runes getting converted to death runes? This afects my dps alot because im cant get enough runc power for frost strikes when i have KM proc . I want to point out that i am not using the wrong presence , im using frost presence

If they didn't get converted properly, use an ability that uses Blood. They should turn to Death on recharge.
