If you need a disc priest to spam CoW on 2 absorb tanks on Velhari your tanks are shit and you're better off getting better tanks and reducing your healer total. Fact, it's funny you bring up world first era because in that bracket CoW spam would have actually been worthwhile but it really shows how clueless you are to the situation at hand.

Yes I'm sure all these guilds have spare great tanks and/or other roles on tap sat on the bench to call on for these situations...

While you are right on the fact that cow was a much bigger deal for the guilds progressing on her with 715 gear, there is absolutely no reason to not take cow.. Every guild that is still progressing on tyrant have someone that have no business beeing in mythic :-)

Sad people need to stop QQing on these forums, every post on mmo is like this nowadays and it's actually pathetic.
Op asked for help - tons of help has been given to him;
CoW spam will help the tanks.
Finding a tank with better knowledge will most likely have the best results, it isn't always that easy.
Ilvl means nothing, if at this stage you're 900ilvl and stuck on tyrant, chances are you're not meant to be compared to the world first guilds.
It's a fact that the monk tank is underperforming and has VERY little knowledge of his class/tyrant as a whole, proven by his trinket choices alone.

Have monk go Chi Ex as it seems he can't handle purifying anyway - only use it at 3+ chi, it'll result in him being MUCH less squishy.
Use FortBrew at the end of P2 - and when u get in P3, ur ilvl / rings should most likely carry that phase anyway.
