Few Chrome questions

Always wondered if there was a way to change the start page's you see in pic? They seem to not generate properly. I'm worried I haft to go into my chromes folder to tweak this :P?

Chrome sometimes lag/hangs for a while before going to start page when i open a new tab or opening first time. It's installed on an SSD - Should I re-install maybe? just a slight nuance.

If there is something there you don't want, you could close that one with the little x in the corner of the icon, that should keep it away, for the rest it should just use the ones you use the most.

If you do that, you can always click on the restore all that pops up underneath the pics in case you change your mind, other then that I have no idea.

You can install an extension "no most visited" which will just make the most visited pages just not show up there.

Oh i'm fine with having most visited showing, I just don't get them like that. Like say I have 2 open slots atm, they just won't fill up with anything useful that I do visit often.
