Censure was the only reason i played ret but in legion its gone :(

i love censure and now that its going away i don't want to keep playing my pally. Also protection pallies use to have it too but then it got removed and i stopped playing protection for that reason.

what other class should i play?

DK won't be as complicated in Legion cause they will simply have 6 death runes at all times now, meaning you don't have different runes for different abilities, so if you want a plate wearing 2hander I'd recommend you give Unholy/Blood DKs another shot in Legion.

But I have to ask, is Censure really a reason to stop playing Paladin? I mean, it's a passive effect which they probably removed cause it didn't add alot gameplay wise.

I understand if Survival Hunters are upset because the spec is being turned into something entirely else (which I personally find exciting though).
I can understand Frost DKs being upset if they prefered a 2H feel and visuals that just aren't gonna be an option any more.

But quitting Ret because of the loss of a truly meaningless passive ability you don't notice in actual gameplay at all?

I always hated Censure myself (been playing since TBC) but if you want a 2h Dot-Based Class why not try Unholy or Survival with Legion?

honestly. affliction warlock uses 2h weapon and has tonnes of dots. some interesting mechanics looking into the artefact side of warlock too.

elemental shaman has a dot.
shadow priest has dots.
