I don't like how they actually included the in game transition, but both of these songs are part of one fight so I say it's fair.

Wow, only 1, huh, I could list hundreds alone for from the 8 and 16-bit eras alone that I have memorized and cherished for years.

I'm going to list two of my very favorite ones and they were hard choices:

Calling from Heaven, Castlevania: Bloodlines - Sega Genesis


Stage 1 part 1, Thunder Force IV - Sega Genesis


Those two games feature masterpieces as soundtracks and cemented the Genesis as my favorite generator of 16-bit music.

I have felt really epic moments listening music during gameplay and then listen it out of the game or even again at the same place in game, but since the exact moment can't be reproduced the same epicness that the music brought cannot be experienced again. I also know certain music that just doesn't feel right unless you are playing the game. It is boring, if you listen to it outside of the game, but due to the certain fights going on the screen where the specific music plays it fits perfectly.

I cannot choose one. Here are few good ones.
