Can i buy some elite gear with 2s rating?

Some of the elite items say "requires 2000 personal arena rating in 3x3 or 5x5".

But others say "requires 2000 personal arena rating", without saying anything about 3s or 5s. Can i buy those with 2s rating or did they just forget to add 3s or 5s to the description?
