It's the next logical step.
What we'll need is a comeback to the "yes." Then you wont be anyone's fool! Just like the "no," the opponent will be blinded with your quick wit in the face of adversity in responding to their preprogrammed emote!
Or you just ignore it and move on with your life.

I think this falls under the large category of "emotes they won't make because people will spam them constantly".
