Are Brawler's Guild Shirts Account-Wide?

I'm thinking of grabbing them, but only if the wardrobe adds them for all characters. Can anyone clarify whether this will be possible?

Yes, you'll get the looks for all characters. However, the special "buffs" from each one (they usually just have flavor text) are unique to wearing the shirt. Special shirts like the Brawler's Guild shirts and Precious' Ribbon are able to be transmogged to/added to the wardrobe, but you cannot change the look away if you are wearing it. Wearing, say, a green linen shirt and transmogging to the Brawler shirts is possible.

The only shirt I've seen, so far, that doesn't unlock is the White Tuxedo Shirt. It doesn't seem to count on the Beta as the "Tuxedo Shirt" look - but the Tuxedo Shirt does work. Even pre-Cata racial shirts are added to the transmog tab.
