Professions- fun factor

Hi. Everybody are considering which is most usefull or best money making profession. How you feel is the most fun profession. Please consider reciples types, time required to farm mats for personal use only and maybe about that "minigames" which comes with legion professions.

Minigames? Can't remember any WoW profession ever having anything that could be called a minigame. The norm is that you invest the time to gather materials and sometimes recipes and then simply make the items. Pretty brainless for the most part.

Engineering is the only proffession for fun purposes imo.. I don't think anyone having fun while disenchanting, milling or crafting gear at all.. If you don't like to farm especially, you just buy mats from AH and craft..
JCs can craft an item to play Bejeweled in wow as I remember. What other minigames are coming?
