    Small Upgrade Help

I'm looking to give my machine a little boost before legion, looking to spend around £250. The machines almost 5 years old now. It's getting a bit louder so looking into replacing the CPU fan (Zalman CNPS5X Performa CPU Fan) and case fans also. I need something that's quiet but can handle raiding still without making too much noise. I'm fairly behind on GPUs (I'm guessing I'm possibly 1060 territory with my budget?) at the moment so would like something that keeps me going for the next year or so before I do a major upgrade, and use anything I can below as part of that upgrade.

    i5 3570k 3.4GHz (OC@4GHz)
    MSI 7850 2GB GDDR5
    16GB DDR3 LP Corsair Vengeance
    120GB 840 Evo SSD
    60GB Kingston SSD
    1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200
    Gigabyte Z77-D3H Motherboard
    Xigmatek Asgard Pro Gaming Case
    CM Silent Pro 500W+80

Clean your fans/radiators and apply new thermal paste to your CPU if the temps are high.
Loud = higher temps = possibly clogged coolers/degraded TP.

5 years of operation should not be enough for the fans to wear down themselves.

I would replace the GFX card as it is easily the weakest element in your setup.

Plop in a 1070 or higher and you don't even need the "major upgrade" next year.
Have 3570K myself and newer CPUs are "meh increase" at best. Not worth the cost imo.

Get a GTX 1060/RX 470, depending on your local prices.

Daft question, but will the PSU I've got handle it? I've no intention of running a dual GPU setup down the line to expect it to be fine but from past experiences, manufactures advise a certain PSU wattage but they tend to be quite generous with what they actually need.

Your PSU is not the best but should be enough. GTX 1060 recommended PSU is 500W, 450W for RX 470.

I have nearly the same setup. I just replaced my CPU fan a week ago, as the stock CM EVO 212 got clogged up. $15 on a new Noctua F12 and it's bangin again. I'm looking to get a 1060 as well, up from my old 660. The 3570K Should still last a good while yet.

Considering that it euro budget it's basically barely a lower memory version of either, nothing else.
