Assuming you meant that if you meant the level talents then that's up to you because there are a few different play styles, sorry.

I'd disagree with that path. Given that you essentially want Moon and Stars for raiding and you should have it by then, after Goldrinn I'd go Dark Side of the Moon->Twilight Glow->Sunfire Burns->Moon and Stars and not Dark Side of the Moon->Empowerment->Moon and Stars. Empowerment is one of the weakest traits of our artifact.
