do all these rewards scale? im talking about the 100 AP reward coins and the 300/350/1000 rewards, if so i should probably wait on powering through suramar till my first +25% upgrade hits right?
Yes they do scale. There are always constant sources of AP so it's not really necessary to wait, but if you aren't going to jump right into raiding it will make the grind a bit easier if you do wait.
