At this point, if I was forced at gunpoint to read through an OT thread on Harambe, tipping, or gender topics, I'm not sure which one I'd choose. I'd probably hem and haw for awhile while getting a migraine from the shooter tapping the pistol impatiently on the side of my head, and eventually settle on an gender topic thread...mostly because I'd hope for a swift and merciful lock before having to wade through 50 pages of bickering.

I would disagree. We basically killed a rarer ape to save a much more common one.

Besides you guys make it sound like gorillas are shot at zoos (or legally) on a daily basis. Of course this made big news, an individual of an endangered species was killed by police at a zoo.
