[Blessed Dawnlight Medallion of the Peerless] bugged?

Hi!

Since I haven't posted before I cannot post links. The crafted item "[Blessed Dawnlight Medallion of the Peerless]" which has a use effect which restores 154,880 HP and mana should be the equivalent to roughly 14%, however on use it restores 33.000 hp and mana which is 3% of 1.1m. I've tried this with and without addons.

Can anyone else confirm?

It's been restoring only 33k mana since a few days after release. 154k mana was exceptionally powerful compared to any of the other class necks so it was probably hotfixed and just never had the tooltip corrected.

It should be restoring 154k health to you though. If not, that is a bug.
